The 1 Month Realty story
1 Month Realty was founded in December 1994 by Ron Dahlberg, a lifelong Kenosha resident. Before launching the firm, Ron spent three and a half years at Century 21 and three years at RE/MAX Kenosha. The name reflected the company's original promise: sell homes quickly, with full effort.
Diana joined after marrying Ron. "I married into the business." Her prior career included eighteen years owning a computer and secretarial support company, serving as General Manager of Milwaukee Christian radio station WKSH, State Director of WeeWin Toys managing thirty-two sales associates, and co-founding the CANA ministry. She also played an integral role in launching a K through 12 Christian school in Milwaukee where her son Daniel was in the first graduating class.
