Diana represented our family in a professional manner. From the moment we first spoke we knew we selected the right person. Her in-depth knowledge of the housing market was invaluable. Receiving quotes for required repair identified during the home inspection and the lack of time to have the repair accomplished before closing, Diana quickly contacted the contractor to ensure he would honor the quote for the buyer and worked out the details that allowed the title company to write checks from the proceeds to pay for repairs after the sale of the house. Diana went above and beyond her duties as a Real Estate Agent in both finding me a new home and Sell

Diana exuded outstanding knowledge of the real estate market and worked diligently in finding homes compatible with my needs. When I found the house I wanted, she worked very hard to help me get chosen by the seller to purchase it. She also worked non-stop to help me sell my old home for a good price and in a reasonable time frame. I started the home buying process and was able to get the house I wanted in 2 days and the same happened when selling my home. In 2 days I had a buyer.
