Outstanding overall service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Diana was exceptional in professionalism, knowledge, availability and genuine concern in finding us the house that was not only what we wanted, but was always willing to show us houses that we even thought might be "the one"! She always met or exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our house hunting/buying experience. Unique experience - we were remote and never personally saw the home before buying This was a unique circumstance where my wife and I were unable to see the home prior to closing. We relied solely on the feedback of our realtor (Diana) to advocate for us and feed us the proper information. In order to facilitate our needs, Diana went out of her comfort zone to download an app that would provide us with video chats so we could view the home through videos she took. She was extremely thorough to provide any videos and pictures we desired. She returned to the home on multiple occasions to provide us great service; such as, getting measurements of rooms, checking/correcting work done by 3rd parties on the home, getting pictures from different angles for us, etc. She did her job to negotiate with the seller on our behalf and ensure that we obtained what we wanted in our new home - within reason. She was always professional, polite, provided us with background information and any complications during negotiations and how best to proceed, and she sought to ensure we were satisfied with her services. She was willing to receive any/all feedback or constructive criticism through the process. In the end, we got the home we wanted, in a beautiful area with the schools we desired for our children. Buying or Selling, Diana treats every customer Special! I've known Diana for many years. I had moved back to Wisconsin. Single mother, and no job. She hired me at 1 Month Realty as a receptionist, and helped me buy my 1st home here. Diana treats every person with kindness...no matter what size /price house they're looking for. She has a strong work/personal ethic. If people want to see 2 or 22 houses...she'll take time to set that up for them. She spends time 'getting to know' each of her clients. She has a lot of Real Estate knowledge....and will help with anything her clients need...ie...names, phone numbers, businesses, lenders, inspectors, title company's, advice, etc. This past November, I was going to 'loose my house', because it needed more work than I could do/afford, so I called Diana for advice! To say we are pleased with her service would be an understatement, as she by far exceeded our expectations of a real estate agent! We first met Diana about 4 years ago when she sold our son his first home. I was touched at her concern and caring with finding him a nice first house and looking upon him as she would one of her own children. You have the best listing website I've seen to date, clean cut and concise. The thing I like most about it is the layout for location and price ranges, this makes the aspect of looking faster and easier for the prospective home buyer, not just a bunch of thrown together information. Good job.
